End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

OrizonX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application without authorization
• Use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with OrizonX are the property of OrizonX and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OrizonX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrizonX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

7. Termination

OrizonX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the application at any time in case of violation of this Agreement

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union laws.
